Terms and Conditions — Plum Acquisition

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Plum Acquisition's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the engagement.
2. Services
Plum Acquisition provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach services designed to deliver high-ticket clients for agency owners, coaches, and consultants. The specific deliverables — including the number of clients guaranteed, pricing, timelines, and refund terms — are defined in your individual client contract, which is signed before work begins.
3. Pay-Per-Client Model
You pay upfront for a pre-agreed number of clients. If we deliver fewer clients than agreed, you receive a refund for each undelivered client at the per-client rate stated in your contract. A "delivered client" is defined in your contract and is based on agreed qualification criteria. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your target market and offer during onboarding.
- Attend or actively participate in the sales calls we book on your behalf.
- Respond to our team promptly during the onboarding and campaign phases.
Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may affect delivery and will impact refund eligibility as outlined in your contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All messaging frameworks, outreach sequences, and campaign assets created by Plum Acquisition remain the intellectual property of Plum Acquisition unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may use them for the duration of your engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the specific terms of the engagement, including pricing and strategy, confidential. This does not prevent either party from referencing the existence of the engagement publicly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plum Acquisition's total liability under any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of our services beyond what is explicitly guaranteed in your contract.
8. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Early termination terms, including any applicable fees or refunds, are specified in your individual contract.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of The Plum LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
